Environmental law
Our Office provides counselling and advocacy for companies engaged in environmental activities. Legal help is given to our partners in solving their environmental problems (for example: dissolution of environmental damages, enforcement of environmental claims, activities in the field of environmental law connected to the waste management, soil and/or soil water pollution, sale and purchase of industrial, military and agrarian properties, treatment of soil and/or soil water pollution, determination of the held for damages, costs of damage dissolution, formulating parts of contracts which are defining environmental questions, offence of the rules of waste management, deposition of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, waste waters, etc.) as an expert in a satisfactory, legal way.
The Office acts as legal deputy for the client in front of environmental authorities.
Sport law
Our Office is engaged in legal cases dealing with professional and amateur sports.
We take part in solving legal problems connected to any kind of sports. We provide legal counselling for sport clubs and sport enterprises, we undertake tasks connected with disciplinary accountability and compensation.
We provide legal help in organizing sport events, building and modernizing sport facilities. Sponsor agreements and image-making contracts are also made for both professionals and amateurs.
Administrative law practice
In many cases the Office acts as deputy for its clients in front of different authorities and local municipalities, particularly in front of professional supervisory authorities, like the Inland Revenue Office. On the grounds of brief, the Office takes part in controlling procedure of authorities where it defends the client's interests and hands down an opinion about protocols and resolutions made during the controlling.
The Office provides counselling and advocacy for its client, initiates legal redress, represents the client in court.
