Criminal law
One of our main areas of competence is legal representation in criminal cases. Our Office acts as deputy for companies, organisations and private individuals in cases of representing witness or aggrieved party, even in cases of defence. Our competence is criminal law in economy, advocacy and defence in such cases. Office takes part in mediation between the parties, during this procedure we give legal advice and we act as deputy for the client in front of authorities and private individuals.
Insurance law
The Office undertakes to enforce the claim under the policy as well as counselling and advocacy in cases connected with any legal any insurance relationship.
Offence law
In cases of offence the Office provides advocacy and if necessary defence of private individuals taken under procedure.
On the basis of procuration - if it is allowed by the law - our Office takes part in peaceful agreement between the parties, deputizes the client's interests on courts, authorities and administrative organizations.
Labour law
Counselling is provided to our clients on the field of labour law, as starting and ending the
employment, management and general labour contracts, agreements by collective bargaining; preparing all documents required and if needed handing down an opinion. Office takes part in solving litigations connected to the labour responsibility, termination of labour contract. Our Office is handing down an opinion connected with industrial relations too.
Our Office is also engaged in employee-hiring and special problems on the field of safety.
Law of real property
One of our main activities is connected to the Law of real property.
Our Office undertakes to prepare and make all documents connected with the property transfer: sale and purchase contracts, contracts about planning and building, general leasing contracts for office and business buildings.
In addition this our Office takes part in property development and exploitation of properties. In such cases our Office is acting as a legal counsellor in front of administrative authorities and businesses.
We provide legal help in investments of Hungarian companies in development and exploitation of their properties as well as buying. We pay special attention to security and defence of the rights and interests of the mandant. In cases when credit is needed our Office acts as deputy for the client in front of the financial institution (bank) if required.
