General counselling and advocacy in corporate law
Counselling for small- and medium-sized enterprises, for companies with different activities, capital and size as well as for sole traders is undertaken by our Attorney's Office regularly. We are ready to be at service to our clients in short time, and our intention is to help our clients to make their best everyday and long term decisions.
On the field of corporate law our main activities include the followings: documents needed for setting up a business or for any changes in company data; sale and purchase contracts for buying/selling out business interests and stocks, voting trusts, intercompany operations; internal company regulations, protocols and other legal documentation (members' meetings, general meetings, meeting of the board of directors, meeting of the supervisory board).
In connection with mentioned above, the advocacy in Registry Court and other offices is provided to our clients.
Our technical equipment enables us to implement the procedures in commercial registration and the registration of any changes on the Internet, which is more convenient, cheaper and faster method than the traditional (paper-based) one.
We gathered a lot of experience in the field of company valuation.
Depending on the position of the client (buyer, seller or investor) our Office provides legal valuation of determined company, analyzes all legal questions connected to the particular issue and prepares all legal documents essential for transaction. If required, our Office makes complete consultancy with the help of well-known and well-established recognized specialists (real estate agencies, appraisers, accountants, tax advisors, auditors, environmental experts, etc.).
The activities of our office also include counselling, preparing and finishing loan and credit agreements and related mortgage certificates.
Counselling and advocacy in the field of competition rights (unfair competition, abuse of economic power, etc.) is also provided to our clients.
The Office undertakes counselling and advocacy related with financial insolvency. Depending on the position of the client (creditor, debtor) our Office also provides advocacy in cases of bankruptcy, liquidation and asset management.
Counselling and advocacy of non-profit organizations (foundations, associations, etc.) can also be undertaken. We provide help in setting up them, their liquidation and during their operation.
General legal advocacy is provided but if required we take part in managing to secure legal operation of these organizations.
