The Law Office is working in line with the operative Attorney Law and the Code of Ethics. Clients are informed about these rules during the personal consultation.
Client attorney privilage, protection of personal data
Confidence is the foundation of attorney's work. Development and maintainance of confidence requires protection of client's personal data as well as defending and safeguarding legal confidential information.
Personal data and confidential information can only be presented to legal offices under strict conditions regulated by law.
Retainer
The retainer is determined by different factors of each case. It is always defined together by the attorney and the client.
The retainer is not allowed to be published because of the mentioned position of the chamber but the fee also depends on the particular case.
